How do we gain access to the courts?

After completing your reservation, you will receive an access code in your confirmation email. This code is required to enter the facility using the access reader located next to the entrance door.

Enter access code, then press #.
 
Codes are activated 15 minutes prior to start time.

Please share this code with your group so they can enter during your reserved time.

What if I did not receive an access code?

Accepted Answer

Access codes are included in email and text reminders that are sent 24 hours before your reservation. If you reserve a court that is within the 24-hour time frame, you will not receive the access code this way. Instead, you can find all access codes listed in the activity section of your account. You can use this link here: https://book.runswiftapp.com/account/activity

How do I request footage for my reservation?

Please email SideOutCourtsTX@gmail.com with your request and include:
1) Name the reservation was under
2) What date, time frames and court #s

There will be a fee of $5.00 per hour of footage requested. You will receive an invoice to your account that will be charged prior to receiving footage.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Approved cancellations will be issued as account credit, which can be applied toward a future reservation.
